- You will be the face of the brand, acting as the voice of the company and, conversely, convey the
"voice of the consumer" back to the client.
- You will create and maintain connections with consumers through various social channels.
- You will apply the following to all our social channels: strategies, content and creative ideas to
energize them, and also will give support to implement them.
- You will work with the entire team of Social Media Agents, Managers and Content Creators and
together face the challenges that arise.
- You will have to monitor, manage and, ultimately collect, all the consumer interactions in a database.
- Monitor conversations about the company, the brand, the competition and other topics of interest.
- Will extract the data found to share it with the team.
- You will make reports about the brand status or the found data.
Desired Skills and Experience:
What we are looking for:
Marketing Studies, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 2 years experience in customer care, community management or similar.
Bilingual English
Knowledge of Social Media and monitoring tools.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written skills.
Ability to identify and take advantage opportunities in Social Media.
Attention to detail.
International experience is valued (at least 1 year living abroad).
