Jr.Analyst, Supply Chain

Department: International Labor Standards (ILS)

Job Objective:
The Walt Disney Company is committed to the promotion and maintenance of responsible international labor practices in its licensing and direct sourcing operations throughout the world. The position reports to the Manager of International Labor Standards program for the Andean and Southern markets, and is responsible for maintaining accurate licensee, factory and relationship information in the ILS database; overseeing the delivery of ILS documentation to/from business groups, licensees and vendors; and addressing inquiries from licensees and business groups regarding ILS reports, ILS audits, and other forms of ILS communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support (phones, scheduling, meeting prep, coordination of services, etc.).
  • Prepare and process documentation (e.g. licensee, vendor Facility and Merchandise Authorization Forms).
  • Assist with database in order to help with audit and factory-related issues.
  • Ensure that licensee/vendor/factory and all other applicable information is current and accurate in the global database.
  • Assist Analysts as needed.
  • Assist management with special projects related to compliance objectives.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by management.

Education:
  • Advanced students or graduated in Business Administration, Communication, Sustainability, Law or related careers.

Experience:
  • Background in Business Administration and Sustainability (desirable). 

Other considerations:
  • Advance level of English is a must.
  • Very detailed oriented and organized.
