Trainee (m/f) HR areas

Tasks:

We make cars for – and with – people. You'll search out the brightest talents from all over the world – people who can help us shape the future of mobility. You'll devise appropriate procedures and initiatives to instill a passion for Daimler in all our prospective employees. In addition, you'll support our staff throughout their careers, organize training courses and qualification opportunities, and find ways to help employees achieve a work-life balance. We'll also set you tasks in the HR areas of planning, policies and remuneration.

Your tasks include:

ü   Analyze and evaluate organizational structures and positions in order to suit the needs of the business, processes and methodologies.

ü   Coordinate the short/mid-term Personnel Planning process for all entities of Argentina, divisions and businesses.

ü   Coordinate the job descriptions elaboration with internal areas ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and an accurate role and responsibilities distribution.

ü   Design and propose optimized administrative cross functional procedures ensuring that Corporate and Local requirements are met.

ü   Perform HR Business Partner role with defined areas and coordinate Organizational Development and Change Management activities for all areas.

Qualifications:

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect:

§  A solid university degree

§  First professional work experience

§  Excellent study results

§  Several months of work experience abroad

§  Excellent English and Spanish language skills along with good knowledge in German

For this particular position you should have the following qualifications:

§     You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business Studies, Social sciences, Business & Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar subjects.

§     A major in the area of HR, Organization, Planning/Reporting, or comparable are preferred.

This trainee position as well as the entry position after the trainee program is located in Argentina. A valid visa and work permit for Argentina is mandatory.
