INKOMPASS is a personalized 2-cycle internship program which enables you to discover yourself through challenges and cultural diversity, and that will prepare you for a fulfilling career, giving you a chance of receiving a job offer with Philip Morris International!

The main purpose of this program is to contribute to your journey of self-discovery. This is why it is structured in 2 cycles that will round a full year amazing experience:

The 1^st one will give you the opportunity to discover the different aspects of our company (operations, people and culture) through projects that will require you to interact with people from different functions/departments. 

In the 2^nd cycle, the focus is to give you the opportunity to experience a deep dive into a specific department or functional area. You will achieve this by working on a business project that will allow you to discover this particular function’s challenges, opportunities, processes and systems.

The recruitment process is composed by 3 phases:

1.       Application: until August 17^th

2.       Online assessments: until August 19^st

3.       On ground assessment day: 1^st week of September.

Area of residence: Capital Federal, Gran Buenos Aires.
